Booking & Payment
A non-refundable $50 retainer is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.
No date or time is considered reserved until the retainer has been received.
Late Arrivals
Sessions begin at the scheduled start time.
Clients arriving late will have that time deducted from their session. Session end times will remain unchanged to accommodate other scheduled bookings.
If you anticipate being late, please notify JHVCK.JPG Photography as soon as possible.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior communication may be denied future booking opportunities.
Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their session with reasonable notice. Rescheduling requests are subject to photographer availability.
In certain circumstances, additional fees may apply for repeated rescheduling requests.
Cancelations
When needing to cancel or reschedule, please note that you have 24 hours ahead of time to let us know.
Retainers are non-refundable. If a session is canceled by the client, all payments made toward the retainer will be forfeited.
Weather Policy
For outdoor sessions, weather conditions may require rescheduling. Decisions regarding weather-related postponements will be made at the discretion of JHVCK.JPG Photography to ensure the safety of all parties and the quality of the final images.
Turn Around Time Guidelines
Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery.
Most standard photography sessions have a turnaround time of approximately 7–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Turnaround times may vary depending on session type, current workload, and seasonal demand.
Clients who require expedited delivery may purchase a rush turnaround option through the Add-On Services section, subject to availability.
Raw Image Policy
Clients will have access to their RAW, unedited images upon request and may obtain as many as they would like.
However, RAW images represent unfinished work and are not intended to reflect the final quality, editing style, or creative vision of JHVCK.JPG Photography.
Clients are respectfully asked to refrain from posting, sharing, or presenting RAW images as a representation of JHVCK.JPG Photography’s final work, as they do not accurately showcase the full extent of the editing process, artistic direction, and professional expertise applied to completed images.
Additional Images
Additional edited images may be purchased separately according to the current add-on pricing schedule.
Travel Fees
Travel is included exclusively with eligible Prom Packages.
For all other photography packages, travel services must be added separately through the Add-On Services section. Travel fees vary based on location, distance, and session requirements.
Mobile Studio Services
JHVCK.JPG Photography offers a mobile studio experience for clients who prefer the convenience of professional photography at their home, workplace, event venue, or other approved location.
The mobile studio service allows clients to enjoy many of the benefits of a traditional studio session without the need to travel. Depending on the selected package and location requirements, JHVCK.JPG Photography can provide professional studio lighting, light modifiers, backdrop stands, seamless backdrop paper, and other equipment necessary to create a controlled studio environment on-site.
Mobile studio services are available for an additional fee. Pricing varies based on travel distance, setup requirements, location accessibility, and the complexity of the requested studio configuration.
Please contact JHVCK.JPG Photography before booking if you are interested in a mobile studio session so that equipment and space requirements can be discussed in advance.

JHVCK.JPG Photography retains all copyrights to images created during the session.
Clients receive personal-use rights to their purchased images unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
